Different and conflicting opinions, the historical point of view, there ever since man became man. And the religious point of view, they come from heaven, the angels obedient to God and the Devil and his leading followers did not conform to their ideas about who had the absolute right to be King of the Universe. The reaction of the Almighty was expelled from the heavenly community, combining relentless wrath and divine justice, those opponents causing conflicts. Permeate different opinions, in fact, the whole history of humanity and there are hundreds of cases of biblical leaders who knew how to deal with obstacles in the field of opinion and others who were lost in their midst. Then ask: Why, in the opinion of some, is very difficult (but not impossible, thanks to God and the leader) to deal with that we are not headed the same way of thinking?
I. Not everyone can be leaders
I believe that as a teacher is held to find that his disciples become teachers, as a leader is happy to see their efforts spring from other leaders who can train others. Immaturity, inflexibility and inconsistent and vague notion of the clueless "and I'm the best solution for the good of all" generate crises between people in the group with the same pattern of behavior.
